Ordering
Please note a minimum spend of $100.00 (including GST) is required for deliveries to Tauranga, Papamoa, and Mount Maunganui, and for pre-arranged collection orders.

There is a 2 (working) days turnaround so ordering in advance is essential.

Orders over $150.00 (including GST) qualify for free delivery.

Cancellations or Changes to your order
Any amendments or cancellations? Please phone or email us as soon as possible.
Please note we may not be able to accept changes to your order if your order is already under production.
The Oven Door Bakery reserve the right to send a partial or full invoice to recover costs.
Returns Policy
Due to our products being perishable, we cannot accept returns on items if you have simply changed your mind.

Should the products not arrive in the expected condition (ie if the product is damaged, poor quality, out of date), please contact us immediately. A dated photograph must be taken and sent via email or mobile so that we can review and take further action.

Should we deem the products to be in an unsatisfactory condition, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act and provide a replacement, credit or refund for the damaged products within 7 days.

Rise Pies cannot be held liable for goods that have been stored or used in an improper manner.
​
We recommend that you check your order on delivery and ensure there is no quality or counting issue. Once delivery docket/invoice is signed, no returns will be accepted.
Payments
Goods will not be delivered/released until the order is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed.​
​If you have a wholesale account with Rise Pies Ltd, your payment terms will be as per your agreement.
